Is President Bush Sane?

Tens of millions of Americans want President George W. Bush to be impeached for the lies and deceit he used to launch an illegal war and for violating his oath of office to uphold the US Constitution.
Millions of other Americans want Bush turned over to the war crimes tribunal at the Hague. The true fate that awaits Bush is psychiatric incarceration.
The president of the United States is so deep into denial that he is no longer among the sane.
Delusion still rules Bush three weeks after the American people repudiated him and his catastrophic war in elections that delivered both House and Senate to the Democrats in the hope that control over Congress would give the opposition party the strength to oppose the mad occupant of the White House.
On November 28 Bush insisted that US troops would not be withdrawn from Iraq until he had completed his mission of building a stable Iraqi democracy capable of spreading democratic change in the Middle East.
Bush made this astonishing statement the day after NBC News, a major television network, declared Iraq to be in the midst of a civil war, a judgment with which former Secretary of State Colin Powell concurs.
The same day that Bush reaffirmed his commitment to building a stable Iraqi democracy, a secret US Marine Corps intelligence report was leaked. According to the Washington Post, the report concludes: "the social and political situation has deteriorated to a point that US and Iraqi troops are no longer capable of militarily defeating the insurgency in al-Anbar province."
The Marine Corps intelligence report says that Al Qaeda is the "dominant organization of influence" in Anbar province, and is more important than local authorities, the Iraqi government and US troops "in its ability to control the day-to-day life of the average Sunni."
Bush's astonishing determination to deny Iraq reality was made the same day that the US-installed Iraqi prime minister al-Maliki and US puppet King Abdullah II of Jordan abruptly cancelled a meeting with Bush after Bush was already in route to Jordon on Air Force One.
Bush could not meet with Maliki in Iraq, because violence in Baghdad is out of control. For security reasons, the US Secret Service would not allow President Bush to go to Iraq, where he is "building a stable democracy."
Bush made his astonishing statement in the face of news leaks of the Iraq Study Group's call for a withdrawal of all US combat forces from Iraq. The Iraq Study Group is led by Bush family operative James A. Baker, a former White House chief of staff, former Secretary of the Treasury, and former Secretary of State. Baker was tasked by father Bush to save the son. Apparently, son Bush hasn't enough sanity to allow himself to be saved.
Bush's denial of Iraqi reality was made even as one of the most influential Iraqi Shiite leaders, Moqtada al-Sadr, is building an anti-US parliamentary alliance to demand the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.
Maliki himself appears on the verge of desertion by his American sponsors. The White House has reportedly "lost confidence" in Maliki's "ability to control violence." Fox "News" disinformation agency immediately began blaming Maliki for the defeat the US has suffered in Iraq. NY governor Pataki told Fox "News" that "Maliki is not doing his job." Pataki claimed that US troops were doing "a great job."
A number of other politicians and talking heads joined in the scapegoating of Maliki. No one explained how Maliki can be expected to save Iraq when US troops cannot provide enough security for the Iraqi government to go outside the heavily fortified "green zone" that occupies a small area of Baghdad. If the US Marines cannot control Anbar province, what chance is there for Maliki? What can Maliki do if the security provided by US troops is so bad that the President of the US cannot even visit the country?
The only people in Iraq who are safe belong to Al Qaeda and the Sunni insurgents or are Shiite militia leaders such as al-Sadr.
An American group, the Center for Constitutional Rights, has filed war crimes charges in Germany against former US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. A number of former US attorneys believe President Bush and Vice President Cheney deserve the same.
Bush has destroyed the entire social, political, and economic fabric of Iraq. Saddam Hussein sat on the lid of Pandora's Box of sectarian antagonisms, but Bush has opened the lid. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians have been killed as "collateral damage" in Bush's war to bring "stable democracy" to Iraq. Tens of thousands of Iraqi children have been orphaned and maimed. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have fled their country. The Middle East is aflame with hatred of America, and the ground is shaking under the feet of American puppet governments in the Middle East. US casualties (killed and wounded) number 25,000.
And Bush has not had enough!
What better proof of Bush's insanity could there be?

In these times of poisoned food and water, chemicals from the sky, mind-altering pharmaceuticals, revised history and mind-numbing education; there has emerged an unusual breed of humanity. People like you and I who can clearly see what is happening in our once free country. I like to call this wonderfully immune group, Americans. The very core of a healthy, free people has three basic attributes. Praise, Gratitude and Love. On this holiday I express them all.
I give thanks to the “elected leaders” in majority along with their word and actions. Without them I would not be able to recognize that I have morals.
I give thanks to the Federal Reserve System. It would be my pleasure to meet those who devised such a scheme for a quick back patting session prior to their demise, however, I know that to be impossible since when we depart this earth, their accommodations and my own will be quite different. I do appreciate their efforts here as they have taught me the true meaning of fraud.
I give thanks for the Internal Revenue Service. (Re-read the last paragraph.)
I give thanks to chemical companies and the aircrews who spew their poison across our skies. Without their presence I would not remember the clear blue skies that used to cover our land, nor would I have realized the vast amount of people lacking the ability to look upward and venomously attack those who request that they do so.
I give thanks to the marriage of pharmaceutical companies and the medical industry. Without this union from hell, I would never have learned the true meaning of natural health and healing.
I give thanks to those who renamed the hazardous waste hydrofluorosilic acid to fluoride and made it more acceptable to dump in our municipal water supplies. Without them I would have never known why osteoporosis, cancer and dental profits were on the rise.
I give thanks to those who designed and implemented our government-controlled public school curriculum. Without them I would never have believed the high level of frustration among dedicated teachers trying to do their job with their hands tied. I would not understand the emergence of generations of children functioning without conscious interpretations of their actions. I would also not know the value of self-education.
I give thanks to the major media networks now owned by an elite few because in their absence I would still believe that puppets have visible strings. I would not know that man was capable of distorting facts daily for a paycheck. I would not know to question what is being said instead of just accepting it.
I give thanks to the present judicial and legal profession that has replaced our justice system. They have successfully nudged out the honest whores to become the oldest profession. The present day system, through personal experience, has taught me that those participants in their fine suits and black ceremonial robes strike the very core of corruption by replacing law with procedures. Contempt of court has become a national phenomena rather than a crime.
I give thanks to organized religion and political parties, as bearing witness to the actions of their leaders has taught me the value of exercising personal spirituality and creation of my path rather than blindly following theirs.
I give thanks to sheep as watching their every move in reaction to the dog bark has taught me to not react and conform to a shepherd masquerading as an owner of the flock.
While there is much more in this same vain to give thanks for, I will always remember the words of a very wise Western Shoshone Elder when he looked me straight in the eye and said “We as a vast and varied people in a great and free nation screwed up and are now living on government-granted reservations. Now you are the Indian, what are you going to do about it?”
I give thanks to you for having read this far and understanding. You must be an American. After spending years at racetracks I learned that coming in second only meant that you are the first loser. In this race to regain our Freedom, health and sanity, I will only accept the first place trophy. America, Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

PHILLIPS SAYS THE REPUBLICAN DEFEATS ATTRIBUTABLE IN LARGE PART TO THE DEMORALIZATION OF CONSERVATIVES BY BUSH ADMINISTRATION POLICIES
Howard Phillips, Chairman of The Conservative Caucus, a non-partisan public policy action organization founded in 1974, issued the following statement concerning the nationwide defeat of Republican candidates for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives:
"The November 7 election results are, to a significant degree, attributable to the policies of the Bush Administration in many areas, in addition to Iraq. These
include:
advocacy of amnesty for illegal aliens,
failure to enforce existing immigration laws which require penalization of corporations which hire illegal aliens,
promotion of a North American Union (NAU) scheme to merge the United States with Canada and Mexico,
historically high subsidies to Planned Parenthood,
appointment of open homosexuals to key positions,
massive expansion of the Federal role in education,
increased funding of the United Nations,
expansion of foreign aid,
failure to move forward deployment effectively of a ballistic missile defense,
budget busting expansion of non-defense Federal spending and massive increases in annual deficits and the overall national debt,
trade policies which have undermined America’s manufacturing base and placed millions of American jobs at risk,
approval of anti-family FDA policies such as authority for the distribution of RU-486 and over-the-counter sales of "morning after" contraceptives,
approval of threats to U.S. civil liberties, including elements of the Patriot Act,
signing into law the McCain-Feingold election regulation bill in clear violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
"The tragedy is that the Republican Congressional leadership in the House and Senate, by and large, rubber stamped unconstitutional Bush Administration policies, instead of fulfilling responsibilities of oversight and independent judgment as intended by the framers of the U.S. Constitution which made the Legislative Branch of our government primary in our Federal system.
"One can only hope that, during a time of partisan gridlock, Republicans in Congress will manifest a degree of independence from unwise Bush Administration policies and that the President himself will stand against unwise policies of the new Democrat Party majorities in Congress.
"Tragically, during the campaign season just ended, in most parts of the country, conservative voters, in order to manifest their unhappiness, were put in a position of either (a) holding their nose and voting for Republicans with whom they disagreed, (b) staying away from the polls, or (c) voting for imperfect Democratic candidates.
"Fortunately, in some instances, the Democrats put forward candidates who were more conservative than their Republican adversaries and a handful of these candidates were successful on election day.
"My hope is that, as we draw closer to the 2008 Presidential and Congressional elections, Constitutionally faithful candidates not tied to the Bush Administration will receive significant media attention and popular support."

9/11 Was a Conspiracy: Get over it! by James H. Fetzer
To listen to Matthew Rothschild ("Enough of the 9/11 Conspiracies, Already", The Progressive, 14 September 2006), anyone who thinks that 9/11 was a conspiracy is profoundly irrational and unscientific. According to the government's official account, 19 Islamic fundamentalists hijacked four commercial airliners, outfoxed the world's most sophisticated air defense system and committed these atrocities under the control of a man in a cave in Afghanistan. Since conspiracies only require two or more persons collaborating in illegal acts, the official account is a conspiracy theory. Which means that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, and their colleagues, who advocate this theory, are profoundly irrational and unscientific.
While I might agree with that conclusion, it is not because they are advocating a conspiracy theory but because the theory they advocate is inconsistent with and refuted by the available relevant evidence. Rothschild claims, "some of the best engineers in the country have studied these events and come up with (what he takes to be) perfectly logical, scientific explanations for what happened". But experts in physics, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and aeronautical engineering have arrived at different conclusions. The question is not whether 9/11 involved a conspiracy but what kind of conspiracy brought about 9/11.
Scholars for 9/11 Truth, a non-partisan society of experts, students, and faculty, which is dedicated to exposing falsehoods and revealing truths about 9/11, has discovered that the Twin Towers were designed to withstand the impact of large airliners; that most of the jet fuel was consumed in those massive fireballs; that UL had certified the steel used in their construction up to 2,000 degrees F for at least three to four hours; that the fires, oxygen starved, averaged only 500 degrees F; that they only endured for one and one-and-a-half hours; that the buildings were blown-up from the top down; that there is no source of energy that can explain it on the official account; and that they "collapsed" at a rate faster than free fall.
Rothschild cites the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as his source, but he apparently has not visited our web site, st911.org, lately, or he would know that we have published several critiques of the latest from NIST at the top of our home page. Not only do these commentaries demonstrate that NIST has been "'faking it" and has no scientific foundation for its position but that the government is so insecure about the official account that, when invited to send a team of experts to debate a team from Scholars, NIST declined and conveyed the message that there were no circumstances under which it would participate in such an exchange. Rothschild didn't tell you, but then he probably doesn't even know.
Something he should know but doesn't mention is that President Bush recently acknowledged, during a press conference that was broadcast nationwide, that Saddam Hussein had "nothing to do" with 9/11. A recent Senate Intelligence Committee Report, widely reported in the media, has found that there were no links between Saddam and Osama. Indeed, two months ago, the FBI admitted it had "no hard evidence" relating Osama to the events of 9/11, a development Ed Haas first reported in THE MUCKRAKER REPORT and that Carol Brown of INN WORLD REPORTS confirmed. If neither Saddam nor Osama was responsible for 9/11, who carried out the attacks? The American people are entitled to know.
It is of more than passing interest that, the day before 9/11, Donald Rumsfeld reported to Congress that the Pentagon had lost track of $2.3 trillion and that Larry Silverstein, who had leased the World Trade Center, had insured it for $3.5 billion against terrorist attacks just six weeks earlier. And The Project for a New American Century wanted a "new Pearl Harbor" to motivate us into supporting an aggressive foreign policy, including wars in violation of international law, the UN Charter, and the US Constitution, that the public was otherwise unlikely to support.
We believe that discovering how and why the victims of 9/11 lost their lives is the highest form of respect that they could possibly be paid. To ignore what we have found and continue to embrace the official account would be rationally indefensible and morally irresponsible. The government has been lying to us about 9/11 from scratch. We know that Saddam was not responsible. There is no "hard evidence" Osama was involved. What we have found, I regret to say, leads in the direction of implicating some of the highest officials of our own government in treason and mass murder. No alternative explanation appears to be remotely reasonable.

SU 101, SD 101 and 9-11 By Dennis Grover, American
The two principal courses now officially expanded from most corporate government employees to k-12, universities and judicial colleges are demonstrating their effectiveness through the actions of US citizens. Thrown directly into the face of common sense and logic Shut-Up 101 and Sit-Down 101 have both been proven to cause blindness, deafness, fear and stupidity.
Yesterday was the 5th anniversary of 9-11, and with countless questions unanswered, the puppet hosts of major talk radio and the recognized TV anchors skirted each and every “irregularity” with the exclaimed common denominator of “people who see, hear and ask questions are nut cases.” These reporters got A,s in SU and SD and have perfected the art of exchanging intelligent fact reporting and questioning to simple name calling and having grown-ups accept it. They are an insult to the victims of 9-11, their families and observant Americans. I feel remorse for any major media committee member faced with the challenge of selecting just one for their coveted “Whore of the Year Award.”
Those that failed SU and SD become frustrated when honor students of SU and SD return blank stares after being confronted with obvious scenarios. With the exception of those professional liars in powerful positions, I am going to give the blank stare group a break.
I have spent time reading, researching and watching videos of the application and results of Quantum Physics. It cannot be called science because mathematics cannot explain it. I can however be called a proven phenomena since multitudes of controlled studies on the results prove its existence. It is my belief that the perceived leaders and controllers are well aware of this phenomenon and use it for their gain.
Your eyes and ears do not see or hear anything; they merely have receptors that send an impulse to the brain, which searches its database of recorded knowledge and tells your mind what is the most probable conclusion to the signals it was sent. If the database in your brain does not have the knowledge for comparison, the mind is given misinformation and so you don’t see and hear the same thing as others. Churches, schools and the controlled media, do not teach the knowledge of evil deeds leaving a brain database void of information needed for interpretation. If you speak one language, you cannot understand another until you brain database has the knowledge of it. I am not an authority on this subject, only a student, but I can almost guarantee that if you looked into this area of phenomenon, all your senses will thank you. I know that by now you perceive me as falling into a pit of woo-woo, however, think about what you see in the reactions of others and you will realize that the knowledge being taught to our children is not near as important as the knowledge not being taught.
To further block the entrance and filing of knowledge in the brain, vaccination, fluoridation, aspartame, fast food, chemicals, and pharmacy drugs are also good bets. The question remains, can those subjected to this menu over time reverse the dummy-maker effects?
The real honor for the victims and survivors of 9-11 comes from those who failed SU and SD. They also bring honor to victims of present and past wars conducted by the controllers.
It is imperative that us dropouts provide real knowledge to the honor students that show signs of a thought process and not waste our time on those happy with a hook in their mouth.
My most sincere sympathy is extended to all victims of evil “leaders.”

In Dependence Day By Dennis Grover, American
In the late 1700’s American Patriots fought and many made the ultimate sacrifice so that American citizens can have Independence. Now comes July 4, 2006 and the USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T has fought and murdered to put US citizens In Dependence.
I live in a small town. This holiday morning I looked out my front window and saw two sheriff units parked directly in front of my home. This situation is not a pleasant one for me nor was the following knock on my door. I answered and there in front of me stood a very young deputy who earlier this morning had obviously been dressed and armed as Rambo. He informed me that my next-door neighbors had barricaded themselves in the house. The husband had not taken his medication and they feared the coming confrontation could escalate to the point of damage to my property, including possible fire. He told me to leave my home; go watch the local parade and then turned to leave. I stopped him and said, first of all NO! Secondly, I asked where the fire engine was standing by? He said, the fire engine is in the parade and if I did not leave, the county would not be responsible for my property or me.
At this point, not wanting to be involved in the problems of others, I did go to the parade 2 blocks away but then was internally confronted with the whole situation. In less than 6 minutes I suffered a devastating attack of independence. The county is not responsible for my property or me in the best or worst situations. I also realized that after numerous fence talks with these neighbors in months prior, this situation came as no surprise. I returned home, drove through the police blocks, parked in front of my house and went inside. One deputy gave me a bad look, but said nothing. I glanced at him but refrained from offering my mind-felt hand gesture. Inside, through my window, I saw their 8 or 9 year old daughter smiling and waving to me. Visions of prior situations on American soil between “authorities” and child victims became vivid and tears emerged.
This family is a young couple with 3 children, sincere in nature, but products of government schools, fast food and allopathetic medicine. They are however; well versed in history as they both had discussed with me the origin of every government assistance project available. The oldest child is the girl who waved at me this morning and from all appearances acts as a conscious child with a thought process. This used to be called “normal” but is now classed as a threat to authority. This couple also has twin boys 4 or 5 years old that exhibit no conscious activity and are oblivious to all surroundings. Their speech is guttural noises with changes in pitch. They attend “special” preschool classes and of course have had their full array of vaccinations in order to do so.
I describe this family, not to demean them, but to emphasize the fact that they are a creation of those who want to control America and keep it’s citizens living in fear, frustration and desperation. What happened next door was the result of these efforts and the frustration in the ignorant people it creates. The blame rests solely on Americans who allowed these efforts to emerge in this country, that’s you and I. The blame also rests on the people who refuse to be responsible individuals, not I and hopefully not you.
Today and for the rest of your life you can choose to be an American and personal Patriot accepting responsibility and the joyful rewards of independence; or you can close your eyes to the grim reality of the dark forces and be In Dependence. Proclaimed Patriot or P.A.T.R.I.O.T. product. Choose carefully!

Wiped from the forefront of many (perhaps most) American minds are the awareness’ of history and the exercise/recognition of common sense.
American citizens live in a media and government generated state of fear. This is not News.
The dominant media is owned, manipulated, controlled, taught to lie and given the carefully crafted lies in the form of entertainment as a tool of mind control. This is not News.
The Federal Reserve System and it’s sidekick the World Bank are private organizations renaming paper notes as money and backing them with, at best, nothing, and at worst, the fraudulently extracted promise of citizen corporations to pledge their laborious flesh and blood lives to back any whim of the banks. This is not News.
The Internal Revenue System has no basis in Constitutional law other than the right for persons to contract. (Another example of citizens being coerced into an adhesion contract without disclosure.) This is not News.
Under “law” a corporation and a flesh and blood human are both “persons” however a flesh and blood person will be jailed for murder, rape and theft while a corporation can add it to their balance sheet. This is not News.
The application of Joe Stalin’s self proclaimed wisdom that to promote Socialism, Fascism and Communism one must simply “call the enemy what you are” has become alarmingly evident. This is not News.
The Social Security number is aptly named, except it is not for the benefit of a flesh and blood human, it is a nifty accounting and control tool for the Security of Socialists. This is not News.
Vaccination is not immunization and it’s true basis of existence is profit driven by manufacturers with the desirable side benefit of putting foreign chemicals into the bodies of the recipients and raising their level of “stupid” if they manage to retain their lives. This is not News.
The processing and addition of preservatives and genetic modifications to our food, water and air is rampant. (For the controller’s side benefits see Vaccinations above.) This is not News.
The wars on Drugs, Terrorism, Poverty, Crime, Racism, Korea, Vietnam, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. all have the same victor, the corporate elite and their front man, government. The spoils are the liberties of the flesh and blood working people who survive these “wars” while being coerced into financing them. This is not News.
Major radio and TV network news and talk show hosts who used to report news and truth have been systematically replaced with highly compensated “Rhetoric Readers” controlled by the corporate elite and government. This is not News.
America was founded as a Republic, however the wannabe controllers have touted it as a Democracy to veil reality. When media and elected officials proclaim Democracy it is an attempt to mislead Americans. When well-meaning Americans proclaim desire for Democracy their heart-felt intent is personal liberty and not the true definition of the word. This word and definition distortion is a tactic to get freedom loving Americans bickering among themselves while the array of pigs in control advance their evil restraints. Such a statement is an insult to real pigs, however it is true that liberal vs.. conservative, black vs.. white, Christian vs.. Jew and all other confrontations are manufactured for citizen dis-ease and attention diversion. This is not News.
The constitutional system of Justice has been methodically replaced with a “Judicial System” staffed with black-robed dictators backed up with their personal soldiers carefully screened by a B.A.R association that obviously recruits by lifting rocks. This is not News.
Government bodies from federal to state to county to city all appear to somehow be in sync with the goal of ignoring people in favor of the money spreaders determined to undermine the Heritage of every American. This is not News.
Spirituality has been replaced with organized religions that dare not utter a single word about unalienable rights, the very basis of spirituality. In fact the real war is a “war on spirituality” This is not News.
The list of atrocities and common sense insults is endless and it is true that it is not news to knowledgeable and alert Americans. It is also not news to incoherent Americans with ZZZZ bubbles over their heads since they can’t (or won’t) see anyway.
In medieval England when the subjects wanted marriage and children they applied to the king for a license to “Fornicate Under Command of the King.” (The origin of that word.) Perhaps when gas and beer reaches $10 a gallon, sporting events and movies cost $50 an hour and Congress passes a law titled “F.U.C.K,” the people will have had enough suppression of their rights, stand up as a group and stop the insanity oozing from their “leaders.” THIS WOULD BE NEWS!

Tips for a Gov't Approved "Independence" Day
Dear Friends,
Amusing but sobering. The piece below was forwarded to me but was not attributed to any author. Clearly, the author spent a great deal of time creating it so I'm sure the author would be happy to have it read by others. Happy Independence Day!
Subject: Tips for a Gov't Approved "Independence" Day..... As we go out to celebrate our "freedom" this 4th of July, let's go over a few things to make your celebration a success.
Tidy up you house before you leave in case it is searched while you are out. You used to have the right to freedom from search unless a search warrant is issued. Now the police can come into your home, and take whatever they want, and not tell you until 2 weeks later, if they tell you at all. They don't even have to knock on the door before they barge in. (Whoops, wrong address)!
Do not claim that freedom of speech gives you the right to wear a Tee-shirt that the government doesn't like. They can put you in jail.
Don't use any illegal fireworks in your 4th Celebration. It is for your own safety. And the founding father's implemented a government to protect you from yourselves. Didn't they? Besides, fireworks are explosive devices and you might be considered a terrorist with weapons of mass destruction. And although the government can't find any in Iraq, you can rest assured they will find them in your car trunk. But don't worry, getting arrested, imprisoned indefinitely without formal charges, and a 5 year wait before the secret tribunal trial per the Patriot Act is a breeze. It's that secret summary execution that should make you nervous.
Make sure you are buckled up in your seat belts, there will be roadblocks and checkpoints to make sure you comply. It is for the children. Have your papers ready as you approach the holiday police checkpoints.
Before leaving home make sure you check the color coded Homeland Security alert status. Be especially careful if it is orange or red. Don't worry about yellow. It's always yellow.
If you are an airline employee, lighten up for the holiday, you can always look for a job tomorrow. Maybe you could transfer over to a Federal Airport Security Screener job. Big demand for those jobs and you don't have to be smart.
If you are a Haliburton employee, then celebrate: You probably have a raise coming from the Iraqi contract windfall.
If celebrating on any public property, make no mention of religious ideals. Government is god there. You will be apprehended.
Don't criticize the President, or other government officials: you might be in violation of the Patriot Act and considered a possible *** TERRORIST *** (oh, oh, bet that triggered Eschalon's main frame computer spy network)!
Don't mention the Constitution in any district court, or you could be held in contempt.
If your children get out of line this holiday, do not discipline them, or they may be kidnapped by the Dept. of Social Services and held hostage until you sign a confession, receive approved psychological therapy, and if you are lucky, get your kids back.
Show compassion this Independence Day by bringing an illegal immigrant to your celebration, or by hugging a tree.
If an election is occurring in your locality within the next 90 days, do not talk about or publicly support any candidate, as that is no longer lawful. Keep your mouth shut.
If an officer asks to search your vehicle at the "seat belt" or "sobriety" checks, do not be belligerent and demand a search warrant. Standing up for your fourth amendment rights is anti-social and not in tune with the new American way. Are you with Al Quaida or something?
Do not get upset when the searching officer will not help you pick up your belongings that he has strewn all over the highway as he searched your vehicle. It is not in his job description and complaining will get you charged with obstructing justice.
Keep your guns at home. You are not going hunting and besides, what on earth do guns have to do with American Independence? Better yet, turn your guns into the authorities to let them know that you are a true patriotic American. You still have the right to carry a gun if you have a license, but that will soon be gone if the United Nations passes their measure making carrying a gun illegal.
Better yet, just STAY at home. BUT do not
assume that you are safe, because you are at
home. If a government bureaucrat shows up at
your home, he will probably be flashing a
badge at you. This makes him look like a
constitutional law enforcement officer. He
may even be armed. Do not ask to see a
warrant, and then tell him to leave if he
does not have one. They will put a siege
around your house. If you do not come out
soon enough, they may invade, with guns
drawn, or even set your house on fire. For

You used to have the right to privacy. Now they have cameras everywhere watching you. If celebrating at the mall you are probably safe as the mall is now monitored by hundreds of surveillance cameras, watched by federal security forces. Don't do anything that you wouldn't want them to see.
Bring lots of cash with you, there will be many taxes, fines, and fees to pay as you celebrate your freedoms this day.
Do not leave home without your driver's license, social security card, birth certificate, welfare card, Medicare card, medical records, W-2 Form, and two other forms of ID. You may be asked for them at the police checkpoints. Better yet, get micro-chipped, and avoid the hassle of carrying around "your papers." Bring your library card, the FBI may ask you for it.
Do not put any "anti-government" bumper stickers on your car. Especially not anything about the right to keep and bear arms. Police have been trained by the FBI in "bumper sticker profiling." This attracts their attention at the check points, and makes you look like a terrorist.
With regard to "bumper sticker profiling" you should be especially aware of the fact that "They will get my gun, when they pry it from my cold dead fingers" is no longer mere semantics. At WACO, and RUBY RIDGE, we learned that they WILL kill you to take your guns.
ALSO, be careful not to have any unauthorized THOUGHTS. There are now serious penalties for "thought crime." Be aware that "civil forfeiture" laws make it possible to take anything that you own, by alleging that it was "intended" to be used for the commission of a crime. This could include transporting, or storing, a gun. If "civil forfeiture" proceedings are initiated against you, then you will have the burden of proof, to show that your thoughts were in compliance with government standards.
Get to know some politicians, and bureaucrats, so that you might be able to head off the taking of your private property to be given to private developers for the "public good." Subverting the intent of "Eminent Domain."
If traveling by air, this Independence Day, do not give the airport screeners a hard time. They are feeling you up, and molesting your daughter, and wife, for the security of America. If you complain you could be arrested. You don't support Bin Laden do you?
Keep an eye on your fellow Americans as you celebrate this "Independence" day. If you see anything suspicious, take notes so that when you get home you can call and report them to the Homeland Security Office. And remember you are not a nosy snitch, you are a great "American Patriot."
Do not mention the signers of the Declaration of Independence this 4th of July. Mentioning these white subversive terrorists is not popular and could get you in big trouble. Besides what do these guys have to do with the "4th of July" anyway?
Do not leave home without one or more little plastic American flags made by political slaves in Communist China. Make sure you have one flying from the antennae of your vehicle. You don't want to seem UN-American do you?
Do not take a copy of the Declaration of Independence with you as it advocates the overthrow of tyrannical government. It is a terrorist document and will be confiscated at the holiday police checkpoints. Same advice for the Constitution. Yep, the one that George Bush was quoted by (3) witnesses as saying, "Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," "It's just a god damned piece of paper!"
And remember, as you leave home for your 4th of July outing, that the second you stepped out of your door that you probably broke hundreds of federal, state, and local laws that you are probably unaware of. However, if you tow the line, you will not be charged.
If arrested you used to have the right to a jury trial, and to be told what you have done wrong, and appointed council. Now you can be labeled an "enemy combatant" or terrorist, and be placed in jail with no trial, no lawyer, nothing for as long as they want.
Don't even think about taxes on this great day. The 50% of every dollar you earn the government will confiscate at the threat of imprisonment or at the point of a gun should not even cross your mind as you revel in your freedom. After all, April 15th is a long way off.
And whatever you do, do not let on that you really know that true freedom died a long time ago in America, just have fun for the day and then go home and stick your head back in the sand and pretend America is not becoming a fascist police state with the largest prison population in the WORLD!
